Yamabuki Arisu, the heir to a zaibatsu who seeks perfection in everything, is looking for that extra 1% needed to become 100% perfect.

That 1% is Apollo, the host of the Midnight Heart Tune radio show she listened to almost every night. However, by the end of her first year of college, the show suddenly stopped broadcasting. Apollo’s only clue, with both face and real name unknown, is her voice.

One day, drawn in by a familiar voice, four girls rush into the broadcasting club, where each of them dreams of working in a field related to their voice.
