"Farewell to Space Battleship Yamato: Warriors of Love," which became a flagship title during the anime boom, has been remastered in 4K, something fans have been waiting half a century for!

The original video negative was discovered and restored.

4K scan, 4K remaster, and HDR conversion were made from the master positive film. Damage and small scratches on the negative were carefully corrected, vividly reproducing the information contained in the film.

The audio uses the monaural audio from the film's first version.

Using newly discovered magnetic recording master materials, greater dynamic range and improved sound quality have been achieved.
