In the blink of an eye, he is transported to a distant part of the universe and finds himself in the midst of a space battle. It soon becomes clear that a prison break is underway, and Crichton ends up stranded with his damaged ship on the biomechanoid prison transport Moya.

Together with its crew of convicts, Crichton flees from the decidedly unfriendly Peacekeepers into the Uncharted Territories, where numerous adventures, wonders, and dangers await the stranger. However, the Moya crew has not shaken off the Peacekeepers with their escape into the aptly named Uncharted Territories. Peacekeeper Captain Crais holds Crichton responsible for his brother's death, and the even more dangerous Scorpius has his sights set on the wormhole technology in Crichton's head. Meanwhile, despite the company of the beautiful Peacekeeper Aeryn Sun, Crichton just wants to go home... Season 4, for which there is no German dubbing available, is presented in a complete box with German subtitles.
